Day 1: Arrival at Tangier seaport or airport

Following arrival formalities, transfer to hotel or raid, lunch at your leisure and in the afternoon a visit to the city of Tangier, the mythical city of painters and writers such as Matisse and Delacroix. Visit the medina between large and small “socco” where the delegation Etas United is situated, the Mendoubia gardens, Kasbah’s square which overlooks the bay and its archaeological museum. Take a peaceful break at the Anfa café. We’ll continue discovering this city at the end of our 15-day tour. You will have dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Chefchaouen, the Blue City

Our second day of 15 days Private Tour in Morocco (Grand Tour) From Tangier will start once you arrive at Tangier airport or start from your accommodation after your breakfast, and departing to Tetouan via Cape Malabata, and you will have time to enjoy a beautiful view of Tangier, later we will drive forward to the village of Ksar Eseghir, a small town surrounded by ramparts dating since the Portuguese time. Day 3: The imperial city of Fes

A joyful day starts from your accommodation (riad/hotel). After your Moroccan breakfast, drive forward to Ouazzane via the Rif Mountains. These mountains belong to the Alboran Sea geological region. The Rif Mountains are not part of the Atlas Mountains System. After an hour and a half of driving through Rif Mountains curves, we reach another northern town called Ouazzane. The city is well-known throughout the Islamic world as a spiritual capital, and it was home to many of the pillars of Sufism, and it was also known as the “House of Safety”. Thus, Ouazzane was the Holy City of Moroccan Jews. They made pilgrimages there to venerate the tombs of Moroccan Saints (Marabouts). Therefore, Ouazzane was an important city to supply a base for the French Army in 1926.
After a couple of hours drive, we will get to Fez, a fourth imperial city, and it has founded under the Idrisid dynasty during the 8th-9th centuries, and it is located northeast of the Atlas Mountains and is linked to a couple of cities in different regions, as well Fes known as a spiritual city. • Tanners’ District: One of the main attractions of Fez, the tanners’ quarters is where leather is produced using the same centuries-old methods. You can get a bird’s eye view from the raised platform and watch the entire process.

• El-Attarine Madrasa or the Medersa Attarine: Visit Fez’s most popular attraction, the El-Attarine Madrasa in the heart of the city, built-in 1325. See the fine examples of Merenidcraftsmanship around the madrasa, especially the stucco and cedar wood carvings on the ceiling.

• Karaouine Mosque: One of the biggest religious structures in Morocco, this mosque lies in the heart of the medina. The university attached to the mosque has been the center of Islamic learning in Morocco for more than 1000 years.

• Azouia Moulay Idriss: The tomb of Moulay Idris is a highly revered shrine. At the entrance, women pass offerings through a hatch, which is also as close as a non-Muslim can get.

• Place Nejjarine: A beautiful fountain can be seen at the Place Nejjarine, a square deep in the heart of the medina. Day 4: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga

After your breakfast in your accommodation, we will start our trip by driving to our first city called Ifrane by way of Imouzzar Kandar, where you will explore and enjoy the Middle Atlas Mountain’s view. Ifrane “Moroccan Switzerland” is the city of wonders and its cleanest city in the world, you will have a chance to sightsee and explore the white lion sculpturally. Moreover, Ifrane had carved by a German warrior during World War II. We continue our trip through passing beautiful and tranquil passes over both the Middle and High Atlas ranges and catch a first glimpse of the south-east and drive-by hills covered in forests of cork oak and giant cedar and its home of a few Barbary Macaque Apes.

We will reach Merzouga before sunset as well, where you will have an overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 5: Merzouga – Desert tour – Nomad people

After breakfast, we’ll start exploring the area of Merzouga, the first place of the excursion is Merzouga Lake (A seasonal lake) destination of popular migration birds when the lake is full of water, and then, we will continue our journey to Khamlia village will stop to visit a car museum on the way to Merzouga. Once we arrive at Khamlia, we’ll have the opportunity to listen and enjoy the spiritual Gnawa music played by local people originally from the Soudan, Mali, and other Subsaharan countries. Besides, we will continue our journey to the Mifis Village, an old village built by the French during the colonization also known as the mines village, because the mineral mines where some Moroccan people still work on the active mines. We will continue into the black desert (volcanic stones) and have a stop at a mountain with a panoramic view; it will be our first stop in the black desert before we continue to a nomadic family who is still living a nomadic life and take a cup of tea with them.
Later on, we have to drive back to the Hassi Labied town, where we will visit an oasis and a garden beside the dunes. Back to the hotel for rest and getting ready for an adventure (camel trekking) in the heart of the desert. In the evening, you will start your camel ride to explore the golden Sahara desert with its magnificent views of sand dunes. Just as you approach your overnight desert camp, you will stop for a sunset view on the top of a sand dune, which will be one of the highlights of your trip. Day 6: Merzouga – Tineghir – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

The day will be started by dating with the sunrise in a panoramic view that is worth waking up for after your breakfast at camp you will have two options to drive back from your desert camp to Merzouga Sahara, which is to come back by camels or by Jeep 4X4. And then, we leave Merzouga after a great lifetime experience in the Sahara desert, driving toward Rissani is the ancient capital of Tafilalet which was a principal road of caravans, and considered as a commercial center in the region with a large market “Souk” where you will take a chance to connect and to interact with locals, then continue our journey to Erfoud “Fossils City” as well-known as filmmaker’s destination thanks to the beauty of the surrounding Desert Sahara and towns of oasis areas, movies had filmed here are March OR Die, The Mummy, and Prince Of Persia. Day 7: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate

We will start our day after your delicious breakfast at the accommodation, you can enjoy the stunning view of Dades valley from one strategic lookout in the high atlas mountains, then, later on, we continue our expedition to another valley called Valley of the Roses “Kalaat M’gouna” the city is the central district of many villages, and it has two special days for the local market, first day in Tuesday, it is only for livestock trade, and Wednesday is the second day is for food and other goods. Day 8: Ouarzazate – Agdz – Zagora – M’hamid

After breakfast, we will depart for Zagora passing the Tizi-in-Tiniffit Pass at 1660 meters elevation. We will cross a wild and ragged, rough mountain countryside. The road descends to the Draa Valley, where Moroccan Jewish families settled along this fertile valley and used to live in harmony with Berber tribes. We will lead to Agdz, situated at the foot of the extraordinary rock formation called Jbel Kissane, In Agdz you will be able to visit the Ksar with the Kasbah of Tamnougalte, the former centre of the tribal region of the Mezguita Berbers. Day 9: M’Hamid – Source Sacré – Erg Chegaga – Lac Iriki – Foum Zguid

After breakfast, our westbound journey will take us to the great dune field of Chegaga. The journey will lead us across sand roads and stone deserts, deep into the Moroccan Sahara. On the way, we will stop in the midst of the desert to rest at a wonderful oasis that is supplied by the Source Sacred. We will then arrive at the mighty dunes of the Erg Chegaga, where there are still nomads living with herds of camels today. You will enjoy the rough beauty, the endless vastness, and the quietude of the desert. You will experience the constant change of light depending on the position of the sun that turns this archaic countryside into a bizarre dream landscape. Our trip will lead us across the even plane of Lac Iriki, a dried-out lake in a solidarity desert landscape glistening white in the sunshine. We will pass by a fossil site and drive across the gravel desert until we reach the small oasis village of Foum Zguid, where you will spend the night in the hotel.

Day 10: Foum Zguid – Tazenakht – Tizi-in-Tichka – Marrakech

After breakfast we will leave small settlements in the midst of palm groves behind, we will cross the Antiatlas and arrive at Tazenakht, which is known for its beautiful carpets and Ouzguita Berbers. From here the road winds its way up weathered rock formations to out Ouarzazate. In the afternoon we will return to Marrakech through the famous Tizi–in-Tichka pass over the High Atlas Mountains. Day 11: Marrakech

On this day, you will accompany a knowledgeable official guide from your accommodation to explore the most famous and exciting imperial city. Marrakech is the fourth largest Moroccan city and one of the four imperial cities of the kingdom. Marrakech had founded by the Almoravid Empire in 1070. Day 12: Marrakech – Essaouira

After incredible days in the Red City, we will leave Marrakech. When you finish your breakfast, it is time to go towards the Atlantic Ocean and Essaouira. It has long been considered one of the best anchorages on the Moroccan coast that is to be an escape site from the stress and busy life of Marrakech. So, we want to go to such a beautiful and silent town with a beautiful beach. The journey will take us through numerous villages scattered alongside the road, with beautiful scenery of Argan trees, and we will make a stop to see goats climbing the trees. Then later, we are going to visit a cooperative of one of the most famous and unique oils in the world, Argan Oil, also known as Liquid Gold or Moroccan Oil. When we reach Essaouira, you will start your explorative journey of the city. Day 13: Essaouira – Casablanca

After breakfast, we start our day by driving to Casablanca via the picturesque coastal road. During the journey, we will visit the oldest city in Morocco, Safi or Asfi. It’s located in the west of Morocco and is a coastal city on the Atlantic Ocean. Safi has founded by the Carthaginian Hanno, and it was an important port under the Almohads dynasty, and it had ruled under the Portuguese after a war with Saadians, and it became a Fortaleza of the Portuguese.
